We deliver our products to all countries except those subject to sanctions. This is because fast courier services in these regions either do not operate or experience significant delays. If FedEx, DHL, and UPS provide service in your country, you can expect to receive your parcel within 1-3 days after payment.

During the initial months of our store’s opening, shipping is completely free!

All shipments are discreet, and we do deliver to PO boxes.

We do not accept returns. However, if the product is damaged or spoiled due to the delivery service, we will replace it with a similar one or issue a refund. Please contact us if this occurs.

Anonymity and security are paramount to us. All transmitted data is encrypted during the order process, and all order details are encrypted on our server. Personal data is deleted after the order is delivered.

Our server is located offshore and is outside the jurisdiction of the United States and the European Union.
